"As a "repeat customer", that phrase alone should suffice but, I would like to add a few words. Make no mistake, I do my homework before I purchase, and arrive at the Dealership with pretty much what I want, and what it should cost. When I approached Shannon this time around, she did not disappoint. She took the information, did some research, and called me back the next day with nothing less than "I can have your new Ninja 1000 ready for next Saturday". "I have owned nearly 12 new Kawasaki motorcycles in the past 15 years, and until recently, have not dealt with Flamingo Motorsports. I'm one of those "black and white" guys and when I approached Shannon in March of '09 to purchase a Brute force 750 and a KFX90 she was direct, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and courteous. The "other" Dealerships {even though I had done A LOT of business with them}, still tried to play the game. She won my business immediately. No hassles, just straight talk. Kudos to the Management Team, and especially Shannon whose smiling face makes visiting Flamingo a great experience. I recommend them highly. "

"I came in earlier in the year to buy two snowmobiles and was very happy with the service. I had been to three other dealers within the last two days and decided to buy at your dealership mainly because of John Mumper. At the time I wasn't set on a certain make of snowmobile so I had looked at them all and left other dealers every time because of the sales rep. John went above and beyond even after the deal was made which proved to me that he truly cares. John is a true asset to your company.
Now after the winter both of the snowmobiles had some minor issues that needed to be fixed. Once again John was there for me to set it up and answer any questions I had. Once I was dealing with your service department once again I was treated very well and I felt that they went above and beyond to fix the issues. However, there was a problem when I came to pick them up. On one of the machines both the throttle and brake lever were never tightened up after the work was performed. I noticed it and Mike( i believe that is who I was dealing with) was quick to respond to get it fixed and I actually told him not to worry about it that I could do it when I got home. I make you aware of this because that could upset some customers and it would be a shame to loose a customer over a simple oversight. You won't loose me because your service is way beyond that of any dealer in the area, I know I've been to them all.

"To all flamingo staff,
I would like to thank you for helping my wife and I decide on a four wheeler for her. She had limited experiance riding and with John and Shannyn helping you were able to set her up with a automatic can am. The time you took showing us and and explaining to her the differances in the four wheelers just shows that you take time to find what is right for the customer. As a foot note one week later I brought my honda 300ex in for a oil change and left with a 360 kawaski I could not let her have the only new quad. Again Thanks to everyone Jon, Shannyn, Mike and Joe
